The Montrose Fire Brigade held their bi-annual elections tonight, current Brigade Captain Stuart McCall will be standing down as Captain from the 30th of June after 12 years in the position.

The new management team will commence from 1st of July as per the following elected positions;

Captain - Rob Waters
1st Lieutenant - Craig Williamson
2nd Lieutenant - John Tasker
3rd Lieutenant - Matt Jalowicki
4th Lieutenant - Tim Bishop
5th Lieutenant - Val Gallacher
Secretary - Phil Astle
Communications Officer - Sam Trigg
Comm Safety Manager - Marj Taylor
